Hoping to hell we don't get disappointed
Hoping we get a phone call tomorrow from that program. :/
we have our hopes really high-set on it. Not sure what we’ll do if we don’t get in for the fall trimester.
It sounded like we might get in when we talked to the coordinator. Probably call on Wednesday if we don’t hear anything by Tuesday.

so excited!
OK, so it’s only saturday, but whatever. On Tuesday we go home and set up our netbook to be a desktop. :)
The only downfall of this is that we won’t be able to be up till ridiculous o’clock talking with people on IM since the computer will be in a public access area.
Our christmas list planning now involves a cheap webcam though.

weird question to the multiverse
Has anyone been in a psychiatric rehabilitation/recovery education program/wellness and recovery adult education program? Working on applying for one at one of the local universities, but really nervous about it because the program website doesn’t say much about what this kind of program is like beyond very broad topic categories of classes.

I’m excited, I just poked around our library network and ordered a couple books [and audiobooks] relevant to my interests (Forensic science, police procedural, and photography) and now I’m bouncing around happily and hoping that they come in before we leave to go on a short vacation for 4th of July weekend.

i hate DBT homework
Have to do an observing and describing emotions sheet and then make a crisis/troubleshoot plan for whatever that situation is… and I have no idea of an emotional situation that is at a 4 or 5 on a arousal thermometer scale from 0-10…. Generally we flip between a 0 (numb) and a 9 (far too dysregulated to do anything rational).
Maybe I should just go all meta on this assignment....
…today was just a really weird rushed day.
We:
1. set up the first part of the roleplay facebooks for Camp NaNoWriMo (we’re going to be rebels — sort-of working on our headspace arc… so fanfiction crossover personal narrative somewhat?)
still have several more to make and we still have to finish editing a couple profiles…
