Hoping to hell we don’t get disappointed

Hoping we get a phone call tomorrow from that program. :/

we have our hopes really high-set on it. Not sure what we’ll do if we don’t get in for the fall trimester.

It sounded like we might get in when we talked to the coordinator. Probably call on Wednesday if we don’t hear anything by Tuesday.

Tomorrow is neaten up LJ/DW and maybe meet the post count for MA so we aren’t eternally locked out of posting our own introduction. (the one downfall of being eternally a forum-lurker—we are terrible at forum ettiquette for some reason so we usually AREN’T very active on forums).

LOL. The harder aspect is figuring out who wants to be on the forums. Some people aren’t really interested, just like some folks aren’t interested in Tumblr or Twitter.

so excited!

OK, so it’s only saturday, but whatever. On Tuesday we go home and set up our netbook to be a desktop. :)

The only downfall of this is that we won’t be able to be up till ridiculous o’clock talking with people on IM since the computer will be in a public access area.

Our christmas list planning now involves a cheap webcam though.

That’s amusing… »; We have a Caroline/GLaDOS over here too….. She talks string theory and quantum mechanics with 3 wizard cats (guess the fandom, though I bet I’m the only one in the plural community who reads this damned book series), a plant-man (guess the fandom!), and a fallen angel as part of our on-call system-management team (basically internal tech support… And we have no idea in hell where she’s from canon-wise if she’s canon at all, but at least she’s proving more helpful than harmful. )

weird question to the multiverse

Has anyone been in a psychiatric rehabilitation/recovery education program/wellness and recovery adult education program? Working on applying for one at one of the local universities, but really nervous about it because the program website doesn’t say much about what this kind of program is like beyond very broad topic categories of classes.

And my ask box is open if anyone prefers replying privately.

This might get posted in the asks of a couple of the support network blogs if I can work up the courage to send it in… :/
